Good location for me travel around Kaohsiung for public transport like Bus, MRT & train .

Breakfast was good, nice staff & quick service.

Lobby to elevator should have ramp for large luggage easy carry on, that will be good!!

The location is absolutely good and very close metro, department stores and local market only 5-10 mins walking distance... The receptionist was very nice, and they have our rooms ready for early check in.

We booked 2 rooms, and both have smell like someone smoking around.

the hotel got a very spaceful room, nice & various breakfast that changes everyday, the restaurant staff are super friendly and offering a professional service, the hotel is nicely located near by many good restaurant, shopping area, foot massage..

The hotel is in a good location, and overall is good but hotel room has strong cigarette odor.

Gan, a frequent traveller.

As senior citizens who frequent Kaohsiung, this hotel is centrally located and the staff members are generally pleasant and efficient, especially the morning breakfast staff member by the name of Ah Chuen, a sweet young lady who is always alert to the needs of customers.

The room (801) could have been cleaner, especially the sliding windows and lamp shades which looks like they hadnt been cleaned for many months as they are very dusty. Other than that, it is generally ok.

CIGARETTES SMELL WILL SUFFOCATE YOU

The staff were nice though most of them speak very little English. The location is quite comfortable, close to the red line.

Despite a non smoking sign at the entrance, the place REEKS of cigarette smoke. In the beginning I wasn't sure as I was getting a whiff here and there in the room, but by night 3 it was relentless, gave me an allergy and i was suffocating all night (windows cannot be opened and the hallway was even worse). It's very weird because the smell didn't get in my clothes, but please read the negative reviews - many people report the same thing. Also, the curtains and upholstery are mouldy. Definitely not a 4 star standard and unacceptable for this price :/

Room was tasteful and had the basics. We had a problem receiving the Internet in our room, so they did give us a new room.

Room is somewhat dark. TV channel selection poor. Breakfast was ok.

The staff were nice. The location was great!

There is a slight smell of cigarettes in the room during the entire stay which was really uncomfortable and annoying. The breakfast would be better with more choice and better quality.
